There are lots of reasons we procrastinate – stress, tasks feelings too big, the love of shiny objects that distract us, fear of failure. Procrastinating can really hold you back and stop you from reaching your goals. Try tracking your time, turning off notifications while you focus on the task at hand, and breaking down your to-do list, so you don’t put off what you need to do.
